Human Resources Systems Project Portfolio Manager
Led geographically diverse teams to deliver a portfolio of projects for the Human Resources department including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Recruiting. Successful migrated UltiPro Payroll, a cloud based payroll system, from Backoffice to UltiPro Web. Utilized UltiPro Connect to integrate with other internal systems and external business partners. Managed multiple projects at different phases within the project lifecycle to delivery business value utilizing various technologies including UltiPro, iCIMS, Web Benefits Design and Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program
Managed the delivery of new security tools and the implementation of new or improved process to achieve the objectives of the Cybersecurity organization. IAM solutions delivered included Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Managed geographically diverse cross-functional teams to deliver security infrastructure projects including Zscaler ZPA and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions. Successfully integrated cyber security solutions with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, Active Directory (AD), and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
Transportation Management System Implementation
Led a global team to successfully implement Blujay’s cloud-based Transportation Management System with optimal integration with SAP FICO and Sales and Distribution (SD). Managed the relationship with multiple vendors and delivered the new system which optimized over $200 million in freight costs over multiple transportation modes.
JDA to SAP Migration
Successfully migrated a legacy ERP system (JDA) to SAP. Procured and coordinated the installation of new hardware and spearheaded the migration of a large data center that supported over 2,000 automotive service centers. Performed data integration process (ETL) to synthesize data (over 90 million records) from multiple sources.
Kronos Workforce Central Upgrade
Managed a cross-functional team of internal and external resources to upgrade the Kronos Workforce Central Suite (Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Human Resources, and Workforce Payroll) to the latest Kronos version. Spearheaded the integration with SAP and the deployment of the solution to over 4,000 employees. Planned and executed the training and communication strategies. Prepared and presented status reports to key stakeholders including the Project Sponsors and the Steering Committee.
Web and e-Commerce Implementation
Effectively led the delivery of the Digital Platform program that laid the foundation for commerce capabilities and improved digital presence. Managed offshore and onsite resources including Project, Technical, and Functional Managers to deliver a digital platform with payments and tax integrations (Vertex). The new solutions delivered drove multi-million-dollar revenue for the company.
Integrated Workplace Management System
Spearheaded the integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) program to meet the strategic goals of the Corporate Real Estate/Facility Services departments. Upgraded the TRIRIGA application and platform and implemented modules including Space Management, Capital Project Management, Facility Assessment, Strategic Facility Planning, and Workplace Performance Management. This system, with real-time interfaces to SAP and other enterprise systems, provided strategic and operational support for Disney’s real estate portfolio, construction management and facilities management.
Wholesale Tire Business Integration
Managed themigration and integration of multiple ERP Systems, B2B portals, customer-facing websites, infrastructure, security, access management and miscellaneous systems, tools and process to successfully launch a new joint venture combining the wholesale tire business of TBC and Michelin.
