Richard is a Project and Program leader with over twenty years’ experience delivering strategic projects for customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.  Wide-ranging project management experience from establishing Project Management Offices (PMO) to the successful deployment of ERP, e-commerce, cybersecurity, HRIS, Payroll, and Transportation and Logistics systems.  Expertise in the agile and waterfall project management methodologies, strong technical knowledge, interpersonal excellence, personal credibility, and keen insight into stakeholder expectations. Skilled in leading highly visible, complex IT projects that provide competitive advantage.

Richard is passionate about impacting the lives of youths living in economically challenged communities through education and mentorship.  He serves as a director for the Daphne P. Anderson Foundation and a mentor for the Alpert Jewish Family & Children’s Service Mentoring for Kids Program
